I wanted to make a slightly more ridiculous IPA and Jenessa’s reaction to “The First 20 Million Is The Hardest” movie, “these tuba people are ridiculous” seemed appropriate. It’s in the secondary right now, but tasted it already out of the primary and it’s amazing even without carbonation (though I’m noticing I like all my beer…)
14B. American IPA. OG: 1.072. FG: 1.020. IBU: 79. ABV: 6.4%.
Notes:
Made for our trip to Morehouse lake this summer, this was meant to be a fairly dry brown ale good for the summer. Turned out alright, but didn’t attenuate quite as highly as I wanted.
11C. Northern English Brown. OG: 1.058. FG: 1.019. IBU: 30. ABV: 5.1%
Notes:
Second time I brewed this one and just as delicious, if not more so, as the first time. I drink it too fast though and can’t keep it around.

A winter warmer Imperial Stout to be ready in October.
OG: 1.082, FG: 1.021, IBU: 68, ABV: 8.2%
Notes:
Catching up on brewing notes finally; made this one back in April.
This was meant to be a Sierra Nevada clone but a bit stronger in both alcohol and bitterness, but not quite an IPA. Turned out very drinkable and went quickly :)
